HR Executive
Key roles and responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition
Conduct job analyses to identify needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.
Coordinate and conduct interviews and other selection processes.
Perform background and reference checks.
Negotiate and create job offer letters.
2. Employee relations and engagement
Resolve internal conflicts and handle employee grievances.
Counsel employees and address workplace issues.
Organize and manage company events, activities, and team-building exercises to improve morale and engagement.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the termination process.
3. Compensation, benefits, and payroll
Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
Administer payroll and employee benefits.
Manage salary negotiations during hiring and performance reviews.
4. Performance management
Execute annual employee review procedures.
Support managers in applying structured performance appraisal processes.
Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans.
5. Legal compliance and policy
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
Update existing HR policies and create new ones as needed.
Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
6. HR administration and reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire.
Oversee the company's onboarding and offboarding processes.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
