We're looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage HR operations and ensure smooth employee management at Neralu Farms. You'll handle recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and support organizational culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leaves
Prepare monthly HR reports and coordinate payroll inputs
Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR software or attendance tools is an added advantage
