Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate

onboarding and induction programs

for new hires to ensure a smooth integration process.

Assist in

monthly payroll processing

and maintain accurate

attendance and leave records

.

Ensure

statutory compliance

with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other labor laws, along with proper documentation.

Assist in Full and final settlement

Support recruitment process

Maintain and regularly update

employee personal files and HR databases

.

Prepare and manage various

HR letters

including offer, appointment, confirmation, and experience letters etc

Oversee

timesheet management

and ensure timely submissions and approvals.

Ensure a

safe, efficient, and pleasant workplace environment

for all employees.

Plan and execute

employee engagement and wellness initiatives

to boost morale and retention.

Support

internal communication

and contribute to a positive

organizational culture

.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
