Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies) for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
Assist in manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
Track attendance, shift rotations, on-call schedules, leaves, overtime, and allowances.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and related data.
Support employee grievance handling and maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
Coordinate HR projects such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and surveys.
Maintain HR databases and trackers (leave, training, probation, contracts, rounds) and filing systems.
Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor staff attendance, workflow, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Ensure smooth operations on the floor by identifying gaps or issues during rounds and reporting them promptly.
Track clinical and non-clinical staff presence and performance during shifts.
Serve as a point of contact between departments for on-floor coordination.
Maintain records and prepare reports on hospital rounds.
Support enforcement of hospital policies, safety standards, and workplace discipline observed during rounds.
