Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Manage employee queries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Support in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Organize and participate in employee engagement activities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR preferred in Healthcare experience .
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., HRMS)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
