We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the human resources department, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and maintaining performance records.
Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and providing feedback.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Assist in the evaluation of training programs and track employee development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in HR.
