Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination).
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Draft HR letters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and surveys.
Address basic employee queries and escalate when required.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Freshers can apply (internship experience in HR is an added advantage).
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools will be a plus.
