Job Description

? End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process - from understanding departmental requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals, screening applications, conducting interviews, to onboarding selected candidates.

? Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, both in hard and soft formats. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.

? Payroll Management: Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy. Handle statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) and ensure timely salary disbursements in coordination with accounts.

? Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance using biometric systems or software, manage leave applications, and ensure proper tracking and reporting.

? Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping, and ensure a well-functioning office environment.

? Policy Compliance & HR Support: Ensure company HR policies are followed and keep the team updated on any changes. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
