Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Understand client requirements and assist in sourcing suitable candidates accordingly.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions, job postings, and candidate summaries.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, documentation, and daily reports.
Handle on boarding formalities and support background verification processes.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and help build new ones.
Support internal HR operations including timesheet tracking, attendance, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
