We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with hands-on experience in
recruitment and onboarding
along with a basic understanding of HR operations. The role will also involve
employee engagement activities
to support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
Handle onboarding process: induction, documentation, and smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance support.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications.
Support performance appraisal process and employee feedback sessions.
Provide first-level support for employee queries and grievances.
Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding
Basic knowledge of HR functions (payroll, compliance, policies)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Ability to build good relationships across levels

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
