Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
Handle recruitment process - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll cycle.
Support management in performance reviews, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
Coordinate with accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination ability.
Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll process.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years in HR/Recruitment.
Salary Range
- ?20,000 - ?30,000 per month.
