HR Executive

Recruitment and Onboarding

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting vacancies to sourcing candidates.

Onboarding:

Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to help new hires integrate into the company.

Internal Mobility:

Conduct job analyses to facilitate internal transfers and reallocate responsibilities for team efficiency.
Employee Relations and Engagement

Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve workplace issues, interpersonal conflicts, and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.

Employee Engagement:

Organize activities, events, and feedback mechanisms to boost morale, encourage open communication, and foster a positive culture.

Employee Welfare:

Implement programs and initiatives to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of employees.
Compensation and Benefits

Benefits Administration:

Design, administer, and update employee benefit packages and compensation structures.

Payroll:

Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely distribution of payments.
Policy and Compliance

Policy Development:

Create and update HR policies, ensuring they align with company goals and labor laws.

Compliance:

Ensure that all employees and management adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, especially those related to health and safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
