Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and attendance.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
Female candidate with
6 months to 1 year of HR experience
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment and employee handling (BPO industry preferred).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
