HR Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source and attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Experience in the

hospitality sector

or

co-working space industry

will be an added advantage, as it enhances the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions aligned with department goals. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and networking. Conduct interviews (in-person & virtual) and facilitate candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements. Perform reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.

2. Candidate Experience & Engagement



Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, educating them on the role, company culture, and benefits. Promote the employer brand through engaging content and social media activities to position the company as an employer of choice.

3. HR Support & Operations



Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS system in compliance with company policies. Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies; recommend process improvements. Provide regular recruitment status reports to the HR Manager and hiring managers.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role focused on recruitment. Prior experience in the hospitality sector or co-working space industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight recruitment deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
