to join our Bangalore Regional Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and general HR operations. This role is crucial in supporting our growing team and ensuring smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates
General HR Operations (30%)
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in payroll inputs and basic HR documentation
Handle employee queries and support grievance redressal
Assist with performance reviews and HR compliance processes
Support employee engagement initiatives at the regional office
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR (with focus on recruitment)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools- KEKA
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
