- End-to-end recruitment process: screening, First level interviews for junior levels, offer roll-out process.
- Onboarding new hires with documentation, induction, and system setup coordination
- Exit process management: resignation acceptance, knowledge transfer, full & final settlement
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Track employee attendance and leave balances (manual or through software) Ex: Biometric / Mobile-based app integration
- Ensure regular updating and communication of leave policies and also finalize the annual leave calendar in advance in coordination with business leader and group HR.
- Maintain monthly records for payroll processing
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Prepare monthly salary sheet based on attendance, leaves, advances, etc.
- Coordinate with Head Office for salary disbursal by 1st of every month
- Liaise with in-house compliance consultant to ensure:
- PF, PT, ESIC payments
- Timely filing of statutory returns
4. Performance Management
- Support creation and implementation of KRA/KPIs in coordination with Business leader
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews and formally record HBR and Annual performance reports.
- Maintain performance data for appraisals
5. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Plan and execute engagement activities (festivals, team-building, etc.)
- Gather regular employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction
- Handle day-to-day queries: leave policies, salary clarifications, etc.
