-Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
-Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
-Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
-Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and make hiring decisions.
-Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
-Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows.
-Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-0.5 yrs to 2 yrs of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
-Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
-Experience in IT/Non-IT requirements.
-Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment platforms.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
