Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
