manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying staffing needs with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers or the broader hiring team
Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process, providing updates, and answering their questions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain candidate data, and track the progress of several requisitions simultaneously.
Experience in HR or client relationship management is a plus.
