Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
Facilitate workshops and seminars on various topics.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
Design and implement effective training programs.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure training objectives are met.
Assess the training needs of employees through surveys and feedback
