Assist in Handling recruitments at various levels in the organization

Maintenance of employee related documents and data (Time office, Leave and Attendance maintenance).

Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same. Performance focused management system to achieve organizational goals effectively.
4.
Generating offer letters and managing post offer documentation. Induction program for the new joiners.
5.
Co-ordination with the new entrants- on boarding activities their appointment Letters, employment specifications, induction etc.
6.
Handling the statutory requirements of the organization.
7.
Handling grievances of employees by talking to them one to one.
8.
Generating monthly report (HR- report) by the end of each month.
9.
Payroll processing and ensuring timely release of salary to employees within schedule specified by the Trust, processing of payments to volunteers, interns, professionals and consultants.
10. Timely remittances of all statutory dues and its compliances.

Assist in conducting periodical staff Training program for employees of all the projects of NMT.
11.
Periodical visit to all the projects every month as and when required.
12.
Conducting Project Head meetings, co-ordination committee meeting & Training committee meeting (in-house) periodically.
13. Off boarding activities like no dues, full and final settlement etc.,
14. Familiarity with HR Software, MS Office Suite( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
15.
Any other responsibility assigned by Trust as and when required.
