Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the
real estate or construction
industry.
Key Skills & Competencies
:
Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Greythr software).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
