6. HR Policy and Compliance:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
7. HR Operations and Administration:Managing daily HR operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department.Maintaining accurate employee records and data.Managing HR budgets and expenses.
8. Strategic HR:Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
