1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Mange end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new hires.
2. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, handle leave and attendance systems.
3. Operational Support: Overseas day to day operations of the office, coordinate with overseas education partners and internal teams to ensure smooth student application processing and service delivery.
4. Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with service providers (e.g., IT, Housekeeping, travel) and ensure that all office facilities and operational tools are functioning efficiently.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting: Assist in developing SOPs for HR and administrative tasks; prepare periodic reports on HR metrics and operational performance for senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. Strong organizational and Multitasking skills
3. Excellent communicational and problem solving abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Excel
5. High attention to detail and proactive approach
6. Freshers can apply, experienced candidates are preferred
