to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles
Post jobs on portals, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and offer rollouts
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
Conduct new hire onboarding and induction programs
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Manage exit formalities and ensure proper documentation
HR Operations & Compliance
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
Draft HR letters and maintain employee documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and surveys
Address basic employee queries and escalate as needed
Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
Familiarity with HRMS or applicant tracking systems is a plus
