Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, leave, and manpower tracking
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for plant staff
Maintain employee records and assist with payroll inputs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinate training & development activities for blue- and white-collar employees
Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives
Assist with audits and documentation (ISO, statutory, etc.)
Desired Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of HR experience in a
manufacturing plant
Strong knowledge of
labor laws
and
statutory compliance
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Excel, HRMS/ERP tools
Flexible to work in plant/shift environment (if needed)
