Maintain daily attendance records, prepare late-coming & absentee reports, and share updates with management.
Monitor staff grooming, dress code, personal hygiene, and ensure discipline in the workplace.
Maintain employee files, resumes, staff movement registers, and manual attendance sheets.
Handle staff inquiries, coordinate with family members for unexpected absences, and conduct follow-up calls during weekly offs if required.
Check visitor logs, security books, and prepare negative call reports.
Assist in payroll activities, including overtime calculation, salary slip preparation, and staff salary updates.
Manage employee onboarding - ID cards, punching, uniform arrangements, and WhatsApp group updates.
Support HR activities such as staff celebrations, damage reports, and travel/fuel voucher checks.
Attend monthly branch meetings and coordinate with team leaders for HR compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
