We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support various human resource functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, attendance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS
Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and leave inputs
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits
Coordinate training and development activities
Assist in organizing employee engagement events and activities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Support the preparation of HR reports and documentation
Key Skills:
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with HR software/HRMS is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
PG Diploma in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.86 - ₹20,000.82 per month
