Human Resources (HR)

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and candidate selection. Coordinate and execute employee onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. Manage and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee performance management processes, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support organizational and legal requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
