We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on
recruitment
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates to meet company staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting offer letters and handling joining formalities.
Maintain records of interviews and new hires.
Follow up with selected candidates for joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Prepare recruitment status reports and hiring metrics.
Support in employer branding and improving candidate experience.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresher to 1 years of experience
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
