Job Description

:



1) Recruitment Support- Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting,

screening. Resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

2) HR Records Management- Help maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring all

employee

3) Employee Relations-Assist in coordinating employee welfare activities and initiatives,

such as Office Administration Provide general administrative support, such as organizing office.

4) Logistics and Event Coordination- Support the planning and coordination of internal

meetings, Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

5) Leave Management-Assist in tracking employee leave requests and ensuring the HR

system is Keep customers updated on the latest products.

6) Compliance Support the HR team in ensuring that all processes comply with labour

laws and Organizational policies..

7) Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
