Job Summary

We are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented individual

to join our HR team as an

HR Executive - Recruitment

. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to

build a strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience with hiring tools, platforms, and the entire end-to-end recruitment

process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

sourcing candidates

through various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes

to identify suitable candidates and

schedule interviews

.

Coordinate interview feedback

and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Post and manage job listings

on relevant platforms to attract talent.

Maintain and update candidate databases

and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate records.

Provide support for

onboarding and documentation processes

for new hires.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

0-3 years in HR or recruitment;

freshers are encouraged to apply

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Attributes:

Demonstrates eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Technical:

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
