Recruitment and Onboarding:

Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those specific to the education sector.

Benefits Administration:

Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and other relevant technologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
