We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, compliance, and administrative HR duties. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and screen resumes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
Organize and facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries regarding policies, compensation, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Maintain a positive work environment and support conflict resolution initiatives.
3. Payroll & HR Operations:
Collect and maintain attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
Coordinate with the accounts department or payroll vendor for monthly payroll processing.
Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
4. Compliance & Record Management:
Maintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in statutory compliance activities (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
Prepare reports related to HR metrics, as needed.
5. General HR Support:
Assist with policy development and implementation.
Support the training and development initiatives.
Maintain HRMS or other employee management systems.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Hours:
Mon- Sat (09.30 AM To 06.30 PM
Salary Range:
Upto 3LPA (Negotiable)
