Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment processes
including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new hires.
Maintain and
update employee records
in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Daily employees
attendance tracking
.
Manage employee queries regarding
HR policies, Payroll, Employee benefits, and procedures
.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure legal compliance with labour and employment laws.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in organizing
company events and wellness programs
.
Maintain
confidentiality of employee and company information
at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
