Position Overview:
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and maintain employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
- Identify and address performance issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compliance and Policy Management
:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files. - Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Participate in workforce planning and succession planning.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?36,361.28 per month
