Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Monitor and manage daily attendance and leave records via ESS or other HR software. Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and other inputs. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, attendance, and leave. Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Prepare and share regular HR reports (e.g., absenteeism, turnover). Support disciplinary procedures and maintain documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferred). Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ESS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
