Job Summary:



The Statutory Compliance Executive will be responsible for handling statutory compliance, and contract labour management in alignment with applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:



Process end-to-end payroll for all categories of employees (permanent, contractual, operators, engineers, and support staff). Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits. Maintain compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax (PT), Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labour laws. Assist in handling inspections, statutory audits, and queries from government authorities. Maintain contract labour compliance including registration, records, wage payments, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Law / MBA (HR preferred).

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in statutory compliance.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
