Maintaining Personal documentation of Employees and verifying it with Manager HR.
Maintaining employee daily attendance.
Preparing the daily HR related files for timely payment and coordinating with various desks.
Preparing labor payment sheet for various sites.
Downloading the candidates profile from various Job portals and preparing data- sheet for shortlisting and further recruitment process.
Calling up candidates and doing preliminary telephonic screening of the candidates.
Assist Manager HR in preparing the payroll and compensation sheet.
Assist the Manager HR in Monthly Report preparation.
Experience in construction Field.
Minimum Requirements
MBA-HR with minimum 4 -5 years of relevant experience n same profile.
Proactive and vocal.
Team working and relationship-building skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
Commercial awareness - an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel, HRMS) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents.
