Maintain Attendance at site level and sharing the same with HO HR.
Act as a point of contact between site and corporate HR.
Maintain records related to PF, ESI, attendance, and wages.
Taking Care of the Exit Formalities.
Manage manpower planning and recruitment for site-level requirements.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters at site.
Foster a positive work environment and maintain good relations with workers, staff.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Submit regular reports on HR metrics, absenteeism, attrition, and other site-level updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration
3-8 years of HR experience (preferably in site/project-based industries such as construction, manufacturing, or mining).
Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a site/project environment.
