Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Advise management on HR matters, including policy development and implementation.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
Conduct employee investigations and handle disciplinary actions.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Team Leadership and Development:
Supervise and mentor the entire team.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Develop and implement team performance goals.
Manage HR budgets and track expenses.
Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Participate in industry events and professional development activities as & when needed.
