HR Executive - Recruitment
with prior jewellery showroom experience. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage showroom staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery showroom staff
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for suitable candidates
Manage employee onboarding and induction process
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details
Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation
Implement HR policies and ensure discipline and compliance
Coordinate with showroom managers and management team
Handle employee queries and internal communications
Required Qualifications
Any Degree / MBA in HR (Preferred)
2-5 years of HR experience in a jewellery showroom or jewellery company
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, HR tools)
Skills Required
Strong people management and coordination skills
Good recruitment and communication abilities
Organised, responsible, and professional attitude
Ability to handle showroom staff and work under pressure
