We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in training & development initiatives
Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies
Ensure statutory compliance and HR best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven minimum 1 year experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
