Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Maintain HRMS data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support performance management processes and appraisals.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
Strong communication, coordination & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
