Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
4-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant setup from FMCG Industry only.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
About the Role:
HR Executive to manage and support all human resources activities at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth HR operations at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations:
Maintain harmonious employee relations, address grievances, and support positive workplace culture.
Time Office & Attendance:
Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling; ensure accuracy in payroll inputs.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions to improve skill sets and productivity.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide data for reviews.
Disciplinary Actions:
Assist in handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and domestic inquiries.
HR Reports:
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate employee records.
Coordination with Corporate HR:
Liaise with corporate HR teams for policy implementation, audits, and HR initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
