Qualification:
MBA / BBA in HR or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
- sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain
employee records
and HR documentation.
Assist in
attendance, payroll coordination
, and leave management.
Manage
induction and training
for new employees.
Support
performance management
and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with
company policies and labor laws
.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and employee engagement activities.
Maintain
confidentiality and discipline
within the organization.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
