Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and on boarding support.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation: offer letters, contracts, on boarding forms, and exit formalities.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for smooth new hire integration.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support payroll processing by maintaining and calculating attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Administer PF and ESIC processes, ensuring timely deductions and compliance.
Maintain and update HRMS/HR databases and employee files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Plan and lead employee engagement activities, including cultural events, team-building exercises, and celebrations.
