HR Executive

to join our team and support our people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Assist in implementing company policies, rules, and regulations. Oversee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Support performance management and employee engagement activities. Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Assist in training and development programs for staff. Coordinate with departments for manpower planning. Organize staff welfare activities and employee recognition programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluent in Hindi and English.
