We are looking for a HR exutive for one of the ;eading client based out at Jaipur.
Experience- 5-8 Years
Qualification- Any Graduate
Roles-

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources department Selection, Recruitment, Appraisals, Pay roll, Other employee issues redressal.
Oversee tech and digitalisation - Management of all existing software being used, and selection of new software as per requirement and relevant follow ups.
Establishing a productive environment in workforce/office/team, should be creative in organizing ways and means for employee wellbeing in means of extracurricular activities/team building, hence building a network of mutual cooperation and team spirit.

Should be able to coordinate amongst all departments and work for process development
