Manage end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Maintain HR records and assist in employee engagement and HR operations.
Prepare hiring reports and ensure smooth communication between candidates and teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR/IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of IT roles, sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed), and HR processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
